.....A Near Fiasco.....

4 pm.

The fiasco?
I almost fell victim to financial scammers, via my landline.

These three idiots claimed that I had committed 
two very serious crimes, in Kuantan, Pahang and of course, they  were lying! However, they were so convincing in   their act, and they succeeded in instilling fear in poor old me! The so-called Inspektor Salina instructed me not  to disclose our phone conversation to anyone and she also instructed me to call her at 8.30 pm  that night, so that she could tell me how I can resolve my so-called "problem" with the use of my ATM card! To this very day, I can still recall all these idiots' voices in my mind.

Despite being totally afraid, I did disclose the happenings to my Princess, and at 7.30 pm that night, she helped to discuss the matter with the duty officer at the Maybank Customer Careline in Kuala Lumpur. We were directly told that we almost became victims of a syndicate who go about preying on unsuspecting senior citizens, to siphon off their money through online bank transfers! We were told to be wary of such calls and never ever to respond to any of their instructions. OMG! I immediately blocked that bloody Salina's number, and my landline has been 'off ' to this date.

I honestly hope that these unscrupulous idiots will be wiped off the face of this earth, in whatever way, by Allah SWT. They certainly don't have the right to go on living, through their lies, and deceit  and through making lives miserable for their innocent victims.
