.....I Turn Seven, Today.....

I turn seven today.....having been given a new lease of life on Friday, 26.6.2009.....

 

.....Of being "Friendless", "Relativeless" and "Siblingless".....

 

 

 

 

I cannot deny the fact that certain past events in my life do have a great bearing on how my life has turned out to be today. It's disheartening to note that it hasn't turned out to be a really fabulous one at all. I won't go into detail on each one of the events. Suffice it to say, that they occurred after 1975, that is after the demise of my beloved parents. The significant years in question, when the events occurred, are 1976, 2001, 2002 and 2010. It's sad really, to be an individual who has no friends, no relatives and above all, an individual, who has lost the respect, care and concern of  her remaining siblings. This sad state of affairs, may be due to the fact that others may think that I haven't done sufficient good in my life at all! Sigh! My life is certainly an emotionally tainted one.....

       I MUST HAVE DONE NOTHING GOOD!

Post WLE Surgery

 

Almost three years ago,  that is on 16.7.13, I underwent the WLE procedure. This memorable date also fell during the fasting month then, that is, Ramadan 1434H. The prognosis was good, Syukur Alhamdulillah. To some people, constantly looking back, and journeying into our past is an unhealthy pastime, but to me, it's a-okay, especially if the events concerned, revolve around  'life and death' issues, so to speak. Those particular events serve as reminders to us, of the blessings that have been bestowed upon us by The Almighty.

 

 

Anyway, I honestly feel truly, truly blessed. Just for the record, come 26th June, 2016, I will be 'turning seven'. Go figure. I was given a new lease of life by The Almighty. I reckon those who are in the same boat as I am, will truly understand what I am talking about.
