Practise a balanced diet, and eat more fruits and vegetables.

Learn to read food labels.

Choose clean and safe food to prevent food poisoning.

Maintain a healthy body weight.

Go to my annual screening, so any disease can be caught early.

Consume more fruits and vegetables; they are the cornerstone of disease prevention.

Eat more whole grains. Choose brown over white rice.


Limit the intake of salt, sugar and oil.

Drink enough water to keep myself hydrated.

Be active everyday.


Get enough rest.

And above laugh and be happy!
