Princess feeding Nottie
Nottie, safe in his Mummy's lap
The second day of October 2015, saw the No. 33 Household owning a pet after a break of more than ten years. On that rainy morning, my Princess rescued an abandoned kitten from a nearby drain in the neighbourhood. The poor kitten was cold, wet, hungry and helpless. It desperately needed a mother's tender loving care and that was exactly what he got from his foster Mom, aka Princess. He was nursed, toilet-trained and fed accordingly, and before long, he grew up to be a lovable little dude, loved by everyone at home. He was given the name Nottie, due to his extremely mischievous character.
Yate
As if things weren't enough, a couple of weeks later, we adopted another feline, which practically surrendered itself at our doorstep. This feline was named Yate and he, and Nottie have become bosom buddies ever since. They really get along like wildfire.

Now, these two felines have become an integral part of the No. 33 Household. All of us chip in to look into their needs. Looking after rescued pets can really get very tiring, at times.....honestly!
