The month of October, every year, has been designated the National Breast Cancer awareness month, worldwide. Many awareness programmes are organized for the benefit of cancer patients, their families, survivors, their supporters, friends and the general public too.

 

 

  On 10 October 2019, Princess turned a year older.

 

 

On 12 October 2019, late Odi would've turned 54 years  old. She was the youngest of The Rahim's eight children. 

 

 

Late Ajak, the one and only son of The Rahims, succumbed to End Stage Renal Failure, fifteen years ago, today (16 October 2004). 

 

 

 Chip, the sixth of The Rahim Siblings, was born 60 years ago, i.e. on 19 October 1959.

 

 

The Festival Of Lights will be celebrated on 27 October, this year.

.....August Dates To Remember.....

The month of August holds several memorable events. Firstly, the 4th of August, this year, saw yours truly, celebrating her birthday, and this year it was the turning point in her life! She officially became a septuagenarian! Syukur Alhamdulillah. Amin.

 

 

 

On Sunday, the 11th of August, 2019, Muslims celebrated Hari Raya Aidil Adha.

 

 

 

 

The apple of my eye, Hafiz, turned seventeen on the 28th of August 2019. He certainly has grown from a scrawny lil' baby to a robust young man. Again, Syukur Alhamdulillah Amin.

 

 

 

 

It's been a year since we lost Adik to pulmonary failure on 28.8.18. But, the good and bad times we had with it will be forever etched in our minds. RIP Adik!

 

 

 

It's beloved Malaysia's 62nd birthday, this year. Viva Malaysia!

 

 

 

Finally, a sad memory for many. On this 31st August, 2019, we observe the  22nd death anniversary of Princess Diana and Dodi Al Fayed.

A lioness roars!

A lioness is brave and strong beyond measure!

She's the Queen Of The Wild!

But not poor 'ol me!.....

Though I was born  to be a lioness,

I am nothing but a timid and weak human being.

I don't possess any of the attributes,

that a lioness has!

I'm a nonentity,

I'm lonely, devoid of true friends,

AND

I'm endlessly bugged by ill health .....

these are nonetheless, gifts and blessings from The Almighty.

Who am I to deny this fact?

RIGHT?
